At Bicicletas Strongman, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the bicycle parts or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
